All payments must by paid in full by August 14th. After August 14th, fees go up an additional $100 with no guarantee that you will get a spot in the tournament. Any team wanting to enter after the August 14th deadline is not guaranteed a spot and will be accommodated only if there is an even number of teams (for ease of scheduling). Regardless of when your entry is received, before or after the deadline, no more entries will be accepted once all divisions are full (so pay now and don’t miss out)
Deposit
If submitting a deposit now (check or paypal/credit), the initial deposit will hold your teams spot until August 14th, at which time if full payment has not been received you may loose your spot in the tournament.

Check
No checks will be accepted after August 14th. After August 14th, your team fee will increase by $100 and you must pay in cash, money order, or Paypal/Credit. Again NO checks will be accepted after August 14th.
